How Communication DNA Discovery Process Works
The Communication DNA Discovery Process is completed by your customers and employees as follows:
- The participant takes 2 to 5 minutes to complete a 12 question Communication DNA Discovery Process online through a unique link to our website.
- The participants responses are calculated utilizing the independently validated algorithms in our processing system and their key communication style and behavioral motivations are identified.
- Based on the participant’s strongest score they are segmented into one of 4 primary Communication Styles, highlighted in the graphic below. There is also an Adapter style for those people who do not have a dominant primary style. Some participants will have a strong secondary style and this will also be identified to provide additional clarity and differentiation.
- A customized Consumer Report is generated for the participant based on their communication style and is immediately viewable and accessible to be printed upon their completion of the process. Click Here to view a sample of the different consumer reports.
- The participant has the option to share their Communication DNA report with businesses, advisors, colleagues and friends.
- The business who pays for the participant to complete the Communication DNA Discovery Process has access to a series of Enterprise Reports which provide more in-depth insights in a range of areas so that an enhanced business relationship can be developed.
